Senior Operations Manager

This key role will see you provide operational leadership for the Hard Facilities Management function in a key PFI contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially effective delivery of all contractual services in line with SLAs, KPIs and performance standards.

Requirements

• Operational leadership within Hard Facilities Management, with demonstrable experience leading multi-disciplinary operational and technical teams, ideally, in a service provider environment
• Proven ability to drive performance, compliance and service excellence across complex estates
• Accountable for contractual performance, including delivery against SLAs and KPIs within a margin-controlled contract
