Technical Administrator (ATO)

We're seeking a Technical Administrator (ATO) to provide technical, administrative and project support for fixed & mobile telecommunications for the PFI contract team and end users.

Requirements

• Provide agreed and contractual telecoms services to Northwood HQ end users including ordering fixed lines, mobiles, tablets, broadband services and smart numbers.
• Provide monthly bill summaries relating to ordered or ceased numbers and telecom services.
• Proactively engage & act as the focal point for customer enquiries on all aspects of the services provided, including major telecoms upgrade projects.
• Provide a primary point of contact for the on-site activities of all contracted Public Telecommunication Operators (PTOs).
• Provide a management and control service for Authority mobile telephones and telecom services.
• Collaborate with the end user for telecoms upgrades and complete/submit service orders via the DFTS catalogue / ISS service request catalogue.
• Support the delivery of major telecoms change initiatives across the end-user estate.
