Technical Manager

Skanska is looking for a Technical Manager to ensure performance in line with contract obligations and business processes, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• BTEC/HNC or City & Guilds Craft certificate or equivalent
• Certificate in 18th Edition IEE Regulation (Current)
• Low voltage AP minimum, High voltage AP knowledge
• Experience of managing large or portfolio of sites
• Experience of service delivery in high profile financial offices
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varying workload
