Production Manager (m/f/x)

We're looking for a driven Production Manager to match our ambition and help us achieve our net zero journey. Your tasks will include ensuring our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets and supervising the Production team to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Flexibility and willingness to work across a wide range of tasks within the position
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage workload under pressure
• Punctuality and reliability
• Willingness and ability to learn continuously
