Senior Power System Engineer (m/f/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power System Engineer to strengthen our power systems expertise, focusing on advanced power system analysis, grid planning, and asset management within complex, large-scale electrical networks.

Requirements

• Performing dynamic and transient power system simulations for transmission grids, generation units, and large dynamic loads.
• Developing and analyzing models for power system stability, frequency response, fault behavior, and contingencies.
• Conducting studies using Matlab/Simulink, PSCAD and/or PSS®E environments.
• Contributing to asset management, including lifecycle analysis, performance assessment, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on system studies and grid-related projects.
• Interpreting simulation results and translating them into practical engineering recommendations.
• Participating in development of solutions and products for grid stability and executing consultancy projects for customers.
