Job Description
Senior Marketing Specialist responsible for proposal preparation, marketing collateral development, research, strategy, business plan creation, and salesforce management in the A/E/C industry.
Requirements
- Completion of four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
- 5+ years experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry.
- Strong writing and graphic design skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders across a firm.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.
- Must be passionate about architectural design to undertake marketing, business development, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
