Job Description
Skill Sprout is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide quality care to clients receiving applied behavior analysis services. The role involves overseeing staff, interfacing with families and children, and becoming a leader at Skill Sprout.
Requirements
- BCBA with current certification or BCaBA
- Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills
- Ability to work with children who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently and as a team member
