Job Description
Skill Sprout is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide quality care to clients receiving applied behavior analysis services. The BCBA will oversee staff, interface with families and children, and provide direct services to clients.
Requirements
- BCBA certification or BCaBA with current certification or planning to sit for exam soon
- Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills
- Ability to work with children who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD
- Ability to develop and supervise the implementation of clinical programs in the home, school, and community environments
