Job Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide quality care to clients receiving applied behavior analysis services, overseeing staff, interfacing with families and other professionals, and providing direct services as needed. The role requires leadership skills and a passion for improving the growth and development of Skill Sprout services.
Requirements
- BCBA with current certification or BCaBA, or planning to sit for exam in 2016
- Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills
- Ability to work with children who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD
- Ability to develop and supervise the implementation of clinical programs in home, school, and community environments
