Job Description
We are looking for a Market Closer who is already a staple in the North Carolina healthcare community to drive the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to contract execution within the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care sectors.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of sales experience
- Deep understanding of how Skilled Nursing Facilities operate, their pain points, and their decision-making hierarchies.
- Financial Literacy: Ability to interpret financial statements and build a business case for our services.
- Travel Readiness: Commitment to a 'road warrior' schedule—traveling 4-5 days a week to build and secure new markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
