Job Description
Skin + Me is a mission-driven start-up looking for a junior operations manager to join its Operations Team on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of production operations, developing a thorough understanding of the facility, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth and compliant production.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an operations or production environment, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth or start-up setting
- Strong analytical skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel; SQL experience or the appetite to learn is a bonus
- Highly organised and methodical, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- A confident communicator who works well across teams but is equally comfortable working autonomously
