Job Description
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node / Typescript / React) to join Skin + Me, a technology-driven start-up on a mission to revolutionise personalised skincare. The role is hybrid with three days in the Paddington HQ and two days remote. The goal is to use agentic tools to speed up mundane tasks and solve hard problems like scale, experimentation, and architecture.
Requirements
- Direct Agentic Workflows: Use agentic tools to navigate, plan, refactor, and ship features across our Node / Typescript / React stack while drastically increasing your technical leverage.
- Full-Stack Ownership: Architect and deploy end-to-end features, from backend logic and database schemas to modern frontend experiences.
- Lead Engineering Evolution: Help define our 'AI-native' development standards and mentor the team on high-velocity delivery.
