Requirements

• Direct Agentic Workflows: Use agentic tools to navigate, plan, refactor, and ship features across our Python / React stack while drastically increasing your technical leverage.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect and deploy end-to-end features, from backend logic and database schemas to modern frontend experiences.
• Lead Engineering Evolution: Help define our 'AI-native' development standards and mentor the team on high-velocity delivery.
