Requirements
- Extensive UX design experience
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive and userâcentred design solutions
- Experience planning and conducting usability testing
- Analytical mindset and understanding of accessibility standards (including WCAG)
- Awareness of user research methods, service design and content design
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with Product, Research and Engineering teams
- Proven track record of delivering impactful UX outcomes at a senior level
