3rd shift - Quality Assurance Technician

We are hiring a 3rd shift Quality Assurance Technician to support our Quality team in our Lebanon, Indiana facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company quality standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or food science environment (with exposure to quality assurance practices preferred)
• Understanding of laboratory testing procedures, temperature and weight measurements, and basic math
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and product quality
