Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Research & Development to lead our team of 15 people in product development, customer-facing communication, processing, commercialization, and current product optimizations. The role involves driving the product innovation strategy, leading, developing, and optimizing processes, overseeing the team, integrating the latest food technologies, and partnering with customers to deliver successful product solutions.
Requirements
- Background in Food Science
- Experience in the food processing industry
- Leadership experience in product development and innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with data integrity and ERP systems
