Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) - 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, we are looking for a 2nd Shift Packaging Machine Operator to join our state-of-the-art food production plant in Lebanon, Indiana. You will play a critical role responsible for running high speed packaging and automated packaging machinery as well as setting up and operating inkjet, laserjet and Print & Apply printers. This role ensures that all food products meet quality, safety, and consistency standards while maintaining accurate production records and supporting a clean, efficient manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Dax 365
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data systems
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail
