Company Secretary (Mutual Fund) position in Mumbai, handling Board meetings, Trustee meetings, AMC governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliances.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in handling Board meetings, Trustee meetings, AMC governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliances.
- Strong exposure to SEBI, AMFI, and stock exchange compliances, including drafting policies, disclosures, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven ability to liaise with regulators, auditors, trustees, and internal stakeholders while ensuring strong governance standards.
- Excellent drafting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills with high attention to detail.
