Requirements

• Completed studies in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and a solid understanding of mechanical construction principles
• Experience in project management - including planning, implementation, and coordination with various stakeholders
• Ability to convert technical concepts into precise and understandable CAD drawings and technical documentation
• Experience in workflow management, process optimization, and/or lean management is advantageous
• In-depth understanding of thermodynamic processes, vibration damping, and static and dynamic calculations
• Experience in technical project management
• Experience in developing new products up to serial production
• Manual skills and practical experience in implementing technical solutions
• Language skills: German and English in writing and speaking
