We are looking for a RnD Project Manager who doesnât just design - but actively drives projects forward as part of a close-knit development team. Youâll take ownership of mechanical products from initial idea through CAD design, prototyping, supplier coordination, testing, and industrialisation, while also contributing to smaller assemblies, incremental improvements, and day-to-day engineering tasks.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; or a Technicians HF qualification
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) with a solid understanding of mechanical design principles
- Proven experience in project management within an agile environment, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and manage projects through iterative development cycles
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into precise and clear CAD drawings and documentation
- Experience in workflow management, process optimisation, and/or Lean Management, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of thermodynamic processes, vibration absorption, and static and dynamic calculations
- Hands-on experience in the development and industrialisation of new products
- Practical mindset with strong manual skills and attention to detail
- Languages: German and English
