Job Description
Skydance Games is seeking a Community Manager to help shape, grow, and engage our player communities across Reddit, Discord, and Steam. This role sits at the intersection of players and developers and is critical to building authentic, long-lasting relationships with fans of our franchises.
Requirements
- Oversee and work with moderators and admins for Paramount IP community channels across Reddit, Discord and Steam
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that drive player retention, advocacy, and organic growth
- Create and publish content including updates, patch notes, AMAs, dev posts, and community spotlights
- Monitor conversations, sentiment, and trends across platforms, providing actionable insights back to internal teams
- Lead and assist in moderation strategy and enforcement, working with volunteer moderators where applicable
- Design and run community activations such as events, contests, and live Q&As
- Support game launches and live service beats with real-time communication and player support coordination
- Identify and nurture community leaders, creators, and superfans
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement, growth, sentiment, and player feedback themes
