Job Description
We are innovating logistics and integrating AI at the heart of our logistics platform for LATAM. We work at multi-tenant scale with hundreds of thousands of shipments per month, making decisions with real monetary consequences. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical core of this initiative, from data pipeline design and modeling to the orchestration of agents with LLMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with data pipelines, modeling, and orchestration of agents with LLMs
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
