Senior AI Software Engineer

Workana is a remote work platform seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer for a family-owned legal services business. The ideal candidate will lead the development of cutting-edge agentic orchestration systems and collaborate with the CTO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3 years in AI/ML or agent-based systems
• Experience with agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and connecting multi-system environments
• Understanding of SaaS product architecture and deployment
• Ability to work autonomously
