Senior AI Software Engineer

Workana is a remote work platform that is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the development of agentic orchestration systems for a family-owned legal services business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• At least 3 years in AI/ML or agent-based systems
• Proven experience with agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and connecting multi-system environments
• Understanding of SaaS product architecture and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to emerging AI technologies
