In this role, you'll manage your own projects, lead a team of construction professionals, build industry relationships, and oversee complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. Requirements
- 7-10 years of construction experience including supervising/managing project staff
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory space renovation (chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP manufacturing, electronic labs and clean rooms)
- Experience managing medium to large, complex and/or multiple jobs at one time
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Development of client relationships, sales/business development for new opportunities
