Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing preventative building maintenance for assigned apartment buildings while providing great customer service to tenants.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complex
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web)
