Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing preventative building maintenance for assigned apartment buildings while providing great customer service to tenants. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, cleaning common areas, and managing storage and boiler rooms.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complex
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web)
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs
