Job Description
Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice company, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide high standards service to customers, coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking and reservations, and maintain the Aircraft Entry Log. The role involves rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Aviation experience preferred, but not required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Legally entitled to work in the United States
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and other background checks necessary to obtain an airport restricted area pass
