Customer Service Representative

Skyservice Business Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high standards service to customers and coordinate fueling, catering, and other airport services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as intermediate computer skills and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Legally entitled to work in the United States
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and other background checks necessary to obtain an airport restricted area pass
