Job Description
Skytree is looking for a (Jr.) Talent Partner to join their People & Places team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role involves HR generalist responsibilities, talent acquisition, and operational HR tasks. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in People/HR/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup tech environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a People / HR / TA role, preferably within a fast-paced startup tech environment
- Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition across multiple functions
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations in the Netherlands
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English. Dutch is a nice-to-have, but definitely not a must.
- Experience supporting international teams and a natural affinity for working with people, from building relationships to resolving complex interpersonal issues
