Requirements

• Develop and implement the Dry Etching process, ensuring the highest performance and reliability.
• Own the Dry Etching equipment and processes.
• Support the engineering phase for sample processing, including disposal of hold lots and providing instructions for re-processing as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Apply statistical process control to establish and maintain a robust manufacturing process.
• Work cross-functionally to define integrated requirements and establish best practices tailored to product requirements.
• Evaluate new equipment and obtain information on industry innovations and state-of-the-art technologies.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to transition concepts to production.
