Requirements

• Establish process conditions for dry etching processes of SAW/BAW devices, stabilize and maintain process quality through equipment improvement
• Improve and stabilize device-to-device variations through a two-sided approach of processes and equipment
• Build monitoring methods using data from FDC, equipment logs, etc. to monitor process and equipment status
• Establish optimal process flows including measurement methods
• Promote cost reduction for dry etching processes and equipment
