Sr. Director, Engineering

Skyworks is seeking a Senior Director to lead engineering development efforts and technology roadmaps to drive BAW technology development into high-volume production and products to market, ensuring commercial success.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics or equivalent
• 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a minimum of 10 years of leadership roles for a global semiconductor organization
• Experience operationalizing business technology development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proven leader of an engineering team with experience leading effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, both technical and interpersonal
• Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven can-do mentality
• Works autonomously, well-organized, with strong attention to detail, while setting high standards in all aspects of the work
