Sr. Manager, RF Engineering

Skyworks is seeking a Sr. Manager, RF Engineering to lead multiple design teams and drive the development of PA and Front-End Module developments. The role requires exceptional technical, business, interpersonal, developmental and inspirational leadership skills, combined with a natural desire to win through innovation, teamwork and best practice product development execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 15 years’ relevant experience (BS+15 or MS +12 or PhD + 8)
• 4+ years’ leadership experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience in Front End or Module level development
• Experience leading multidiscipline teams and working across boundaries
• Experience in team management
