Product Manager of Integrated Care

Sleep Doctor is seeking a Product Manager of Integrated Care to bridge the gap between complex healthcare systems and a world-class patient experience. The role involves building a seamless consumer experience across disparate systems, transforming manual tasks into an efficient touchless infrastructure, and automating payor processing using AI tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within healthcare (Health-tech, Insurance-tech, or Digital Health)
• Tech-forward mindset with experience talking APIs with engineers and system architecture with stakeholders
• Transformational drive with a proven track record of taking complex workflows and turning them into seamless, user-centric digital products
• Patient-first philosophy with a passion for improving the lives of patients and a belief that better technology is the key to better health outcomes
• Familiarity with the stack, including HSS (Home Sleep Studies) or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) flows
