The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new physician groups, clinics, and practices. This outbound role requires a persistent, professional, and articulate individual who is comfortable engaging decision-makers in the healthcare and corporate sectors to schedule qualified discovery calls and handoffs to Account Executive.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven success in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or related outbound sales role
- Demonstrated comfort and professionalism in high-volume cold calling and prospecting to senior-level decision-makers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex health or technology concepts clearly and concisely
- High level of proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed monthly quotas
- Previous sales experience within the healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or B2B SaaS industry
- Familiarity with the sleep medicine ecosystem, including common terminology and referral pathways
