People Generalist

Slickdeals is looking for a People Generalist to deliver a seamless and scalable employee experience. The role supports core People Operations while actively partnering across the People Team on initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or a related function
• Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
