Job Description
The People Generalist will collaborate with all associate levels within the organization to bring the associate experience to the next level. The main focus of the role will be to manage the daily administrative and People functions while contributing to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws, reporting requirements, and unemployment insurance
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Workday preferred
