Claims Corporate Representative

Represent Slide as the corporate representative in legal proceedings and drive effective resolution of litigated property claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Active Florida 6‐20 Insurance License required
• 5+ years of first‐party property claims adjusting experience
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Corporate Representative (P&C preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, evidence rules, and P&C litigation
• Expertise in homeowners’ policies, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy
• Proven negotiation, investigation, and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to testify confidently in legal proceedings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self‐directed, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
