Claims Support Representative

Claims Support Representative will provide administrative and operational support to keep the claims organization running smoothly. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service while supporting internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Administrative or customer service experience; insurance experience strongly preferred
• Florida 6‐20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License preferred
• Strong organizational and time‐management skills
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to handle changing priorities
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative approach and comfort working with multiple teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook)
