Senior Claims Adjuster - P & C Homeowners Insurance

Senior Claims Adjuster position at Slide Insurance, responsible for overseeing residential property claims, providing customer service, and interpreting policy language and state law. Role is remote, with potential to be based in Tampa. Requires 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry, active 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License, and bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Dispute Resolution experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or field with skills transferable to insurance
• Active 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License
• 4+ years of experience working directly for an insurance carrier
• Dispute Resolution focus requires 2+ years of experience in a similar role and experience with all aspects of front-end claim handling including ADR and litigation
• Experience with multiple state-specific insurance laws and good faith claims handling, with knowledge of Florida laws required
