Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality resident care in a long-term care facility setting.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
- Must be able to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
- Must be able to interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies, and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
