Pdftools is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to manage their Swiss and Austrian markets. The role involves identifying and closing new customers, acquiring new partners, and animating existing ones. The successful candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS new business sales, partners management, and technical curiosity.
Requirements
- Native-level German and professional English
- 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS new business sales (hunter role)
- Experience in developing and animating partners
- Track record of consistent achievement of new-logo ARR targets and closing multi-year deals
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with autonomy and comfort with outbound prospecting, discovery, value selling, and complex negotiations
- Technical curiosity and comfort with discussing APIs/SDKs and technical integrations
- Proficient with CRM (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and basic reporting
- Skilled at orchestrating internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Support) while keeping the customer at the center
- Existing strong business network in the market is a big plus
