Job Description
Smarsh is seeking a supervision reviewer to maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures regarding North American and European regulatory agencies, conduct compliance reviews, and ensure reviewed communications comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and state securities regulatory agencies
- Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Experience with automated supervision tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education
