Litigation Associate (3-5 Years)

We are seeking a bilingual Associate to join our national Litigation Group in Montreal. You will work closely with our litigation team to defend and enforce clients’ intellectual property rights, which are often core assets of their businesses.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized law school
• Called to the Barreau du Québec and a member in good standing
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-call experience in IP litigation
• Experience assisting with or leading court proceedings
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent written and oral advocacy and communication skills in French and English
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex files
• Strong client-service orientation, professionalism, and ethical standards
