Job Description
SmartBug Media is a fully remote agency that excels at creating digital solutions for organizations. The Sr. Manager, PMO (Marketing) is responsible for overseeing project execution and delivery standards within a defined Line of Business.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in project management within a services or agency environment
- 2+ years managing or mentoring project managers
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and governance frameworks
- Experience working within task-based systems (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Strong risk management and prioritization skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
