Sr. Manager, PMO (Web)

The Sr. Manager, Project Management (LOB) is responsible for overseeing project execution and delivery standards within a defined Line of Business. Reporting to the Director, PMO, this role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to established governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Oversee active project portfolio within assigned LOB
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget & scope
• Monitor project health indicators and proactively mitigate risk
• Manage and develop Project Managers within the LOB
• Provide coaching on timeline management, scope control, and cross-functional coordination
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning
• Reinforce accountability and consistent execution standards
• Ensure adoption of PMO standards, tools, and documentation practices
• Audit project plans for compliance and quality
• Drive continuous improvement of execution workflows
• Partner with AMs to ensure alignment between scope and delivery plans
• Collaborate with Strategists to support execution feasibility
• Work with WFM to align staffing with workload forecasts
• Identify delivery risks early and implement corrective action plans
• Support PMs in navigating complex client or scope challenges
• Elevate high-impact risks to Director, PMO when necessary
• Track LOB-level delivery KPIs (on-time delivery, utilization, margin impact, etc.)
• Provide regular updates to Director, PMO on portfolio health
• Support data-driven decision-making across the LOB
