Job Description
We are looking for a driven, technically credible Business Development Manager to own our commercial pipeline and grow revenue. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you will identify and close new customers, manage strategic accounts, and represent Smarter Alloys at industry events worldwide.
Requirements
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract close across all product lines
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new customers across our target verticals
- Build and manage a CRM pipeline in HubSpot with discipline and accuracy
- Prospect actively through cold outreach, trade show networking, and referral development
- Represent Smarter Alloys at industry conferences
