Job Description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support our team in online marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media ads and be familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. They will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media ads, analyzing and optimizing running campaigns, and supporting the maintenance and posting of organic content.
Requirements
- Planning, creation, and management of social media ads
- Analysis and optimization of running campaigns
- Support with the maintenance and posting of organic content
- Close coordination with the team on content, goals, and budget use
- First experience with launching and evaluating social media ads
- Understanding of target groups, conversions, and campaign structures
- Sense of good design and engaging text
- Independent, structured work method and joy in digital topics
- Laptop/PC already in place
- Flexible working hours (student or part-time - approx. 20-25 hours/week)
