Job Description
We are looking for a motivated person to support our team in online marketing, specifically in planning, creating, and managing social media ads and analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Planning, creation, and management of social media ads (Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Analysis and optimization of ongoing campaigns (performance, target groups, budgets)
- Support in maintaining and posting organic contributions on our channels
- Close coordination with our team on content, goals, and budget deployment
- First experience in launching and evaluating social media ads
- Understanding of target groups, conversions, and campaign structures
- Sense of good design and engaging text
- Independent, structured work method and enjoyment of digital topics
- Laptop/PC already in place
- Flexible working hours (student job or part-time - approx. 20-25 hours/week)
- Possibility of remote work
- Independent work with much scope for design
